Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances....

The pet is fit and healthy!!!
Grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Waggz N Whiskerz Pet Grooming LLC cannot be held liable.​

​The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law) unless otherwise discussed. (The state of Georgia only requires a current rabies vaccination. Waggz N Whiskerz LLC reserves the right to refuse services to any pet without a current rabies vaccination. Waggz n Whiskerz LLC is not responsiable for any illness to your pet.)

In the event of an emergency, in your absence, I authorize Waggz N Whiskerz Grooming LLC to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at pet owner's expense.

Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash, check or credit card. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge. There is an added 3.5% convience fee applied to all credit card transations. To avoid this fee please pay in cash!

Our rates are based on the breed of the pet and duration of the groom. (Every pet is different, some pets require extra care in order to be safely groomed. Extra charges may apply)

Nail cutting and ear cleaning are part of the service unless the process is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer. (Nail grinding is an additional $7)

EXTERNAL GLAND EXPRESSION UPON REQUEST ONLY. If your pets glands can not be expressed safely by our grooming staff, we will refer you to your vet.

“De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which Waggz N Whiskerz Pet Grooming LLC cannot be held liable. (Please read the dematting agreement)
